• Backup: iOS may backup your sticker data if you use iCloud backup
• Purpose: To allow you to save, organize, and share your generated stickers

• Purpose: To grant premium features to paying subscribers

• What: We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or device names
• What We Do Collect: Basic device model and OS version (through standard analytics if enabled)
• Purpose: To ensure app compatibility and performance

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Photo Processing

Your selected photos are sent to OpenAI’s API for AI processing to generate sticker artwork: - Photos are processed in real-time - We do not retain copies of your original photos - OpenAI processes your photos according to their privacy policy and usage policies - OpenAI may use processed images for service improvement (see OpenAI’s privacy policy)

3.2 Service Improvement

• Usage patterns help us understand which sticker styles are popular
• We use this information to improve the App and add new features
• All usage data is processed locally on your device

3.3 Free Tier Management

• Your daily sticker count is used to enforce the free tier daily limit (3 stickers per day)
• This prevents abuse of the free service

3.4 Premium Features

• Your subscription status is stored to unlock premium sticker styles
• We do not use your information for marketing or advertising

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 OpenAI API

• Service: AI-powered image processing
• Data Shared: Your selected photos (only when you request sticker generation)

• Data Handling: OpenAI may use your data according to their usage policies

4.2 Apple App Store

• Service: Payment processing and app distribution
• Data Handled: Payment information, subscription status

4.3 WhatsApp (Optional)

• Service: Sharing stickers to WhatsApp (optional feature)
• Data Shared: Only the generated sticker image you choose to share

5. Data Retention

5.1 How Long We Keep Your Data

• Photos: Not stored; processed and discarded immediately
• Generated Stickers: Kept on your device until you delete them
• Usage Data: Kept on your device until app data is cleared or app is uninstalled
• Purchase Data: Retained by Apple for subscription management (we only receive confirmation)

5.2 Backup Data

• If you enable iCloud Backup, iOS may backup your sticker data
• This is subject to Apple’s iCloud privacy terms
• You can disable iCloud backup for app data in your device settings

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data:

• Local Storage: All personal data is encrypted using iOS’s standard encryption
• API Communication: HTTPS encryption for all API communications
• API Keys: Securely managed and never exposed in source code
• No Cloud Storage: We do not store your photos or stickers on our servers

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 Data Access & Deletion

• All your data is stored locally on your device
• You can delete any sticker by removing it from the app
• You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app
• On iOS, you can also clear app data in Settings > General > iPhone Storage

7.2 Tracking & Advertising

• We do not track you across other apps or websites
• We do not use your data for targeted advertising
• We do not sell your data to third parties

7.3 Age Restrictions

This App is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
